Diabetes Gangrene -- Y.L. Female 76 yrs - 013/03/2020
Gangrene in right 4 toes. Fasting glucose 163mg/dL with metformin 3x/day and 18 unit insulin injection/day. Granulation grows after 3 days of fasting and blood glucose normal in 3 weeks post treatment.
